Job summary

Kamayi is seeking a dedicated finance professional to oversee comprehensive accounting activities in our Sialkot operations. The role covers payments, reconciliations, and preparation of monthly financial statements, with responsibility for audit readiness and statutory compliance.

The candidate will coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting, timely closing processes, and robust financial controls across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting processes, including expenses management and reconciliation of funds; ensure timely renewal, provide for interest accrued and certificates.
• Prepare financial statements and monthly reports.
• Ensure timely completion of internal and external audits.
• Audit funds and furnish utilization certificates, statements of receipt and expenditure.
• Prepare and furnish management information reports; assist in finalization and audit of books of accounts.
• Plan finances and manage funds; ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Liaise with stakeholders to complete financial matters and assigned tasks.
• Maintain all documents/records/files related to funds and expenditures; develop best practices and SOPs.
• Maintain financial policies across the company.
