Job summary

EY Pakistan is seeking a Financial Analyst (Compliance and Financial Governance) to support financial compliance, governance and audit readiness across multiple entities. The role focuses on balance sheet reconciliations, statutory content audits and maintaining compliant documentation.

You will collaborate with cluster finance leads, auditors and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, transparency and strong governance across multinational operations.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, controls or compliance.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and accounting fundamentals.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations with supporting evidence.
• Coordinate statutory and local content audit requirements across entities.
• Maintain a centralized audit documentation repository with version control.
• Ensure accuracy and traceability of compliance documentation and controls.
• Support continuous improvement of reconciliation templates and processes.
