Hire Feed is seeking a Business Analyst (Finance) on a full-time basis to collaborate with researchers and finance experts to enhance AI model performance across corporate finance, investment banking, accounting, FP&A, private equity, and consulting.

The role emphasizes evaluating model outputs, creating training approaches, and delivering feedback to improve accuracy while leveraging strong finance domain knowledge and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, FP&A, accounting, or financial consulting.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts including corporate finance, investment analysis, asset management, and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with on-job training or relevant certifications considered equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs for finance-related tasks and identify performance gaps.
• Develop structured rubrics and assessments for areas like deal analysis and M&A assessments.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and finance experts to design training methods and evaluation strategies.
• Provide detailed feedback on model outputs to refine AI system accuracy.
