The role emphasizes meticulous financial data handling, month-end closings, budgeting support, and collaboration with internal departments to resolve discrepancies. Prior experience in software or SaaS environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, commerce, business administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, AP/AR, or Financial Operations.
• Experience in a software house, tech company, SaaS, or corporate environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial record management.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to diverse finance-related responsibilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Handle day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
• Record, review, and reconcile financial transactions in accounting systems.
• Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring proper categorization and reporting.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports, summaries, and management reports as required.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking activities.
• Support internal and external audit processes by preparing required documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities.
• Review financial records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
• Respond to routine finance-related queries from employees and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Regularly review financial data for errors and inconsistencies and report findings to management.
• Assist in payroll support activities, reimbursements, and financial documentation when required.
• Take ownership of ad hoc finance projects and assignments as delegated by management.
