Jaffer Agro Services is seeking a Field Support Officer in Pakistan to assist in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of drip irrigation systems across Lahore/Faisalabad. You will coordinate field resources, review designs, and ensure SOP compliance while maintaining project records and supporting after-sales service to farmers.

The role requires 1–2 years of HEIS project experience, basic mechanical/civil knowledge, strong coordination and communication skills, and willingness to travel

Formación

• Matric / FSc / Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Technology required.
• 1–2 years of HEIS Projects experience preferred.
• Location: Lahore or Faisalabad.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and executing drip irrigation installation projects in coordination with Area Managers and Zonal Managers.
• Review approved designs and installation plans to understand project requirements.
• Coordinate field manpower, tools, and materials required for timely project completion.
• Ensure materials at project sites match the approved HEIS proposal.
• Support installation of head units and pipe networks according to layouts and SOPs.
• Coordinate with Design Engineers and Logistics for technical guidance and materials.
• Report site issues and obtain approvals before changes.
• Assist in project commissioning and train farmers/operators on system operation and maintenance.
• Attend to after-sales complaints, visit sites, and coordinate with local technicians for timely resolution.
• Maintain records of material movement, project expenses, site visits, maintenance, and replacements.
• Support contractor coordination and verification of work and bills for review by the manager.
• Identify opportunities to improve installation quality, system performance, and customer satisfaction.
