PRIME BPO is hiring a Sales Verification Consultant (Verifier) to join our Rawalpindi team on a full-time, on-site night shift. The role focuses on verifying sales in the Final Expense campaign, ensuring accuracy, client data integrity, and compliance with processes.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of BPO verifier experience, strong English communication, and attention to detail. The position offers uncapped bonuses, medical benefits, and opportunities for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of BPO experience as a Verifier on any campaign (mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
• Professional attitude and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Regular students are not eligible to apply.

Responsibilities

• Verify sales made by closers on the Final Expense campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Confirm client information and policy details professionally.
• Ensure all required documentation and recordings meet quality standards; identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of verified sales.

• Meet daily and weekly verification targets.
• Remain available to stay back or work overtime when required for training or targets.
