Qualifications

• Strong practical experience with Python and FastAPI.
• Experience building production ready REST APIs.
• Good understanding of backend development and API architecture.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization.
• Experience with SQLAlchemy or similar ORM technologies.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to guide students through practical projects.
• Teaching, mentoring or content creation experience is a plus.

• Design and structure FastAPI course content according to an agreed curriculum.
• Deliver clear and practical FastAPI lessons.
• Explain backend development concepts in a simple and understandable manner.

• Teach authentication and authorization concepts.

ContentThe course may cover Python backend fundamentals, FastAPI fundamentals, REST API development, request and response handling, Pydantic, authentication, authorization, databases, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, CRUD operations, API documentation, middleware, file uploads, background tasks, testing, deployment and real world backend projects.The exact curriculum, course duration, number of sessions, projects and assignments will be mutually agreed upon before the contract begins.DeliverablesThe mentor will be responsible for delivering the agreed course sessions and learning materials.The mentor may also be required to provide practical assignments, project guidance, source code, supporting resources and project reviews depending on the agreed course scope.Contract and PaymentThis is a contract based position.Compensation will be mutually agreed upon according to the course scope, duration and responsibilities.Payment may be based on individual sessions, milestones, complete course delivery or another mutually agreed arrangement.Payment will be released according to the agreed terms.Any work outside the agreed scope will require mutual approval.RequirementsStrong team to ensure technical accuracy, educational quality and alignment with the agreed curriculum.Reasonable corrections or improvements may be requested where necessary.ConfidentialityThe mentor agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding non public information received from Big Brains, including internal systems, student information, unpublished course material, business information and other confidential information.TerminationEither party may terminate the contract according to the termination conditions specified in the final agreement.In case of termination, payment will be made for
