The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years of experience in managing factory environments and demonstrate expertise in production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles. This role requires an accomplished leader to manage a diverse team of 200 employees, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Accountability includes overseeing supply chain logistics, financial management, and ensuring compliance with international labor and safety standards.
The Factory Mananger will be responsible for implementing efficient production schedules, maintaining rigorous quality management systems, and utilizing ERP and production tracking tools to optimize workflow and inventory.
