Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless delivery of workplace and employee services at Kabirwala Factory.
• Oversee facilities operations, property management, fleet, and workplace services.
• Manage offices, expatriate residences, leases, utilities, and service providers while ensuring policy compliance.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to drive excellence.
• Lead workplace improvement projects, budgeting, event support, safety initiatives, and service standards.
• Identify efficiencies and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
