Job summary

Farbstoffe Intl in Punjab, Pakistan is seeking an Outsource Supervisor to run our vendor network for CNC, laser cutting, acrylic, ACP, LED, stitching, woodwork and fabrication.

You will source and onboard vendors, negotiate quotes, hand over jobs with precise specs, and drive sampling, QC and delivery to meet client deadlines.

This field-heavy role rewards persistent follow-up, firm negotiation, and the ability to manage multiple vendors end-to-end from intake to payment.

Qualifications

• FA or BA
• 4 to 5 years of vendor management or outsourcing experience
• Working knowledge of CNC, laser, acrylic bending, LED modules, stitching, ACP and welding basics
• Vendor negotiation, follow-up and quality checking
• MS Excel and good communication skills
• A tough negotiator who is deadline driven and ready for field work

Responsibilities

• Vendor Sourcing: Find and onboard new vendors for CNC, laser cutting, acrylic, ACP, LED, stitching, woodwork and fabrication
• Rate Negotiation: Collect quotations, compare rates, and negotiate the best combination of price, quality and timeline
• Vendor Evaluation: Maintain a vendor scorecard covering quality, delivery time and pricing
• Relationship Building: Keep strong coordination with 10 to 15 regular outsource vendors
• Job Handover: Collect job details, artwork, sizes and material specs from Production or Sales and pass them to the vendor
• Sample Approval: Get a sample from the vendor and clear it with the Matching & Production Designer and the client before bulk
• Follow-ups: Follow up daily on job status, pickup and delivery to meet deadlines
• Quality Check: Run QC at the vendor and again when the job comes back in-house, rejecting and returning for rework where needed
• Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate with logistics for vendor pickup and delivery to the client or site
• PO & Billing: Raise POs, collect vendor invoices, obtain approval and forward to Accounts for payment
• Cost Tracking: Maintain a job-wise outsource cost sheet to keep budget against estimate
• Records: Maintain the vendor job register, delivery challans and pending jobs list
• Waste Control: Keep material wastage at the vendor end to a minimum
