Job summary

KPMG ME FAAS is expanding its delivery capability in Pakistan, supporting engagement teams across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region.

We are seeking talented Managers and Senior Managers to lead IFRS advisory engagements, design ICoFR, oversee multi-entity consolidation, and mentor teams while driving quality and growth across international markets.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with IFRS expertise and strong analytical skills.
• Experience in leading advisory engagements and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting and IFRS advisory engagements, technical research, position papers, practical solutions to complex reporting challenges.
• Support clients in designing and assessing Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICoFR).
• Assist with group reporting, consolidation, and financial statement preparation processes for multi-entity groups.
• Lead finance function transformation and process improvement projects, current-state assessment, target-state design, process mapping and analysis.
• Manage engagements, oversee project delivery, and mentor team members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across international markets.
• Drive quality, innovation, and operational excellence in all aspects of service delivery.
• Support business development activities and contribute to the growth of the practice.
• Manage engagement economics and ensure successful project outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

Professionally qualified accountant (CA, CFA, preferably with BBA and MBA).

Strong technical knowledge of financial accounting, financial reporting, and IFRS.

Minimum 7 years of experience with a big 4 consulting practice , preferably within Accounting Advisory and FAAS-related services.

Demonstrated project management and stakeholder management capabilities

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

A passion for quality, continuous improvement, and developing high-performing teams.
