Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in business analytics, planning, or reporting automation.

• Familiarity with GA4/CleverTap and digital analytics platforms is a plus.

The Expert Performance & Planning will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic direction and performance management of Jazz Lifestyle Ventures (JLV). The role is responsible for monitoring business performance, supporting strategic and financial planning cycles, and developing automated, data-driven reporting solutions across JLV's digital ecosystem.

The position will also focus on leveraging AI, advanced analytics, and automation to enhance reporting efficiency, generate actionable business insights, and drive smarter planning and decision-making.

What you'll own

• Business Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate core business, operational, and financial KPIs across JLV's digital businesses, identifying performance gaps, emerging trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Business Planning & Tracking: Support annual and multi-year business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of strategic milestones, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Dashboard Development & Automation: Design, develop, and automate interactive dashboards and performance reporting frameworks to enable real-time KPI visibility, minimize manual reporting, and improve data accuracy and efficiency.
• AI-Driven Reporting & Innovation: Identify, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions to automate recurring reporting, generate performance insights, identify anomalies, and enhance forecasting, planning, and management decision-making.
• Digital Analytics & Performance Insights: Leverage analytics platforms such as CleverTap, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and other digital analytics tools to analyze customer engagement, acquisition, retention, conversion funnels, and overall digital business performance.
• Strategic Initiative Tracking: Monitor progress against high-impact strategic initiatives across JLV's digital verticals, highlighting key risks, dependencies, and performance deviations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business, finance, product, and analytics teams to consolidate performance data, standardize KPI definitions, and ensure consistent reporting across business units.
• Data Storytelling & Management Reporting: Translate complex datasets into compelling executive dashboards, presentations, and actionable recommendations to support management reviews and strategic decision-making.

• Deliver timely, accurate, and consistent visibility of JLV’s key business, financial, operational, and digital KPIs.
• Build scalable dashboards and automated reporting solutions that reduce manual effort and improve reporting efficiency.
• Translate data and digital analytics into clear insights and recommendations that support better business decisions.
• Implement practical AI and automation use cases to enhance reporting, forecasting, anomaly detection, and planning.
• Enable effective planning and tracking of strategic initiatives, highlighting performance gaps, risks, and opportunities for management action.

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Experience: 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in business performance management, business analytics, strategic planning, reporting automation, or related functions, preferably within the digital, technology, or telecom industry.
• Analytical & Business Acumen: Strong understanding of digital business models, financial and operational KPIs, customer lifecycle metrics, and performance management frameworks.
• Dashboard Development & Automation: Hands-on experience in designing and automating dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms, including data integration and reporting workflow automation.
• AI & Automation Capabilities: Practical experience using AI tools, generative AI, and automation technologies to improve reporting processes, develop AI-enabled analytical solutions, and enhance planning capabilities. Experience building AI-driven reporting workflows or analytical applications will be an advantage.
• Digital Analytics Tools: Working knowledge of CleverTap, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), or similar product and customer analytics platforms, with the ability to interpret user journeys, engagement trends, retention cohorts, and conversion funnels.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong hands‑on skills in SQL, advanced Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Python, APIs, data integration, and workflow automation tools will be an added advantage.
• Problem‑Solving & Innovation: Proactive mindset with the ability to identify reporting inefficiencies, recommend automation opportunities, and independently develop scalable, technology-enabled solutions.
