Expert Channel Operations & Automation refers to a specialized function focused on optimizing, managing, and streamlining end-to-end operational processes within a distribution or digital financial services channel. It ensures that all activities—from agent onboarding and transaction management to issue resolution and performance monitoring—are executed efficiently through standardized procedures and automated systems. This function plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, reducing manual interventions, and enhancing accuracy and speed across business processes. By leveraging automation tools, data analytics, and process optimization techniques, Expert Channel Operations & Automation helps improve service quality, ensure compliance, and enable seamless collaboration between field teams, technical units, and partner institutions.

What does Expert Channel Operations & Automation do?
  • Coordinate with the bank on agent and merchant operations, issue resolution, and process alignment.
  • Provide support in addressing agent, merchant, and operational challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain and monitor agent/merchant accounts, including status changes, reporting, and record accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Jazz GSM for the resolution of operational and network-related issues.
  • Manage B2B operations, ensuring smooth processing and resolution of partner-related activities.
  • Handle the whitelisting of Agent Applications, ensuring compliance with internal security and operational protocols.
  • Resolve BVS (Biometric Verification System)–related issues in collaboration with technical and field support teams.
  • Resolve disputes raised by agents and merchants, ensuring fair and timely resolutions in line with company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain periodic reports on agent and merchant operations to support performance tracking and decision-making.
  • Ensure timely escalation and follow-up of issues until closure.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in data analytics, operations & problem solving.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, lookups, etc.) and PowerPoint.
  • Hands‑on experience with SQL and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.).
  • Ability to manage large datasets, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
