Job summary

GlobalProcure in Karachi, Pakistan is seeking an Experienced Mason for a contract role. You will construct, repair, and maintain structures using brick, stone, concrete blocks, and related materials.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of masonry experience, reads blueprints, and can work independently or with a team. The position offers a monthly salary and visa/ticket support. Overtime work may be required, and safety standards must be followed.

Responsibilities

Experienced Mason - Karachi, Pakistan (Contract)

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Mason to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures made of brick, stone, concrete blocks or other similar materials. You must have previous experience in masonry work and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mark surfaces to layout work according to blueprints or drawings
• Cut or break bricks, stones or blocks to required size using hand tools or machinery
• Mix mortar and spread it onto surfaces using trowels
• Lay bricks or other materials in horizontal rows on top of one another using mortar as a bonding agent
• Repair cracks and holes in existing structures using proper materials and techniques
• Clean excess mortar from brickwork or joints using hand or power tools
• Ensure that all work meets safety regulations and quality standards

Requirements

Salary

We are offering a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this contract position.

We will provide free visa processing for the successful candidate. A one-time ticket allowance will also be provided for travel to Karachi.
