GulfDesign UAE invites an experienced Executive Chef to lead our Karachi kitchen. You will supervise all culinary operations, develop innovative menus, control costs, and maintain exceptional dining experiences for guests.

The role requires strong leadership, proven menu success, English communication, and a valid working permit for Karachi. Salary is 1600 USD per month, negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as Executive Chef in high-volume settings.
• Proven ability to develop innovative menus that meet guest expectations.
• Strong leadership to train, motivate and manage a team.
• Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English communication; local languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop innovative menus that meet the expectations of our guests
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality
• Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies while maintaining cost control
• Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
• Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events and promotions
• Monitor food trends and make necessary adjustments to menus as needed
