Job summary

Octus is seeking a financial credit analyst for our Pakistan office to support the build-out of our financial data offering.

You will gather and analyze fundamental investment data from public and private companies across Europe and the US, focusing on ESMA Credit-Level Reporting workflows, where you will extract, interpret, and classify financial and legal data from credit information memoranda, offering memoranda, trustee reports, and related documentation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in credit or financial statement analysis.
• University degree in Accounting or Economics.
• Experience analyzing financial statements under IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Excellent oral and written English communication.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Keen attention to detail in handling financial and legal data.
• Proactive and self-motivated with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with structured credit products is a plus.
• Experience with Excel; AI-assisted workflows a plus.
• Ability to work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze fundamental investment data for public and private companies.
• Support ESMA Credit-Level Reporting workflows by extracting, interpreting, and classifying data from various documents.
