Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist users with ERP software-related queries.
• Support ERP implementation and troubleshooting.
• Perform data entry, validation and reporting tasks.
• Use Excel for data analysis and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with clients/users to resolve basic system issues.
