Job summary

Taxonify, a Lahore-based consultancy, seeks a Functional Consultant to gather requirements, map processes, and translate them into ERP configurations. You will work with clients and internal teams to design workflows, support implementation, train users, and provide post-go-live support.

The role emphasizes documenting processes, testing changes, resolving issues, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance across finance, tax, and operations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of business processes in accounting, tax, corporate compliance, or ERP domains.
• Experience with ERP implementation, system configuration, and user training for SMEs or growing enterprises.
• Ability to analyze requirements, document workflows, and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Solid problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills for functional and process-related issues.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort working with cloud-based systems and business applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in consulting, financial services, or technology-driven business transformation is highly beneficial.
