Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating quantities.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up formwork for concrete structures according to blueprints and specifications
• Measure and cut materials such as wood, metal, and plastic to required sizes
• Mix and pour concrete into formwork using various techniques
• Strip forms once concrete has dried and remove any excess material
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work area
