Job summary

Qatar Wellness Network in Faisalabad, Pakistan, is hiring an entry-level Formworker to construct and assemble concrete structures such as walls, floors and foundations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience to learn new skills on the job.

Responsibilities include measuring and cutting materials, assembling molds, placing reinforcement, pouring and finishing concrete, removing molds, and repairing damaged sections.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow instructions.
• Basic math to calculate measurements and quantities.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and stand long hours.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Measure and cut materials according to blueprints or instructions.
• Assemble wooden or metal molds for pouring concrete.
• Place and secure reinforcement bars or mesh inside molds.
• Pour concrete into molds and level it with hand tools.
• Remove molds once the concrete has set.
• Finish surfaces of cured concrete with trowels and tools.
• Patch, repair, or replace damaged sections of concrete structures.
