Job summary

Qualifications

• No prior experience required but some basic knowledge of construction processes is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.

• Willingness to learn new skills and take on different tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine form specifications.
• Measure and cut materials to required sizes.
• Assemble and secure formwork using various tools such as hammer, saw and drill.
• Pour and spread concrete into forms ensuring proper alignment and smooth finish.
• Install reinforcing bars or mesh if needed.
• Remove forms once concrete has set, clean and prepare for reuse.
• Follow all safety protocols on construction sites.
