Job summary

ByteGrid Talent Services in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a motivated newcomer to join our facade installation team in a full-time role. You will assist in installing glass panels and metal cladding, perform routine maintenance, and ensure safety and quality on site while learning from senior technicians.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Full-time with a flexible schedule including occasional weekends or evenings.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Urdu is a plus.
• Must be able to work well in a team and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of building facades including glass panels and metal cladding.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing facades.
• Ensure that all work is completed safely and according to industry standards.
• Collaborate with senior technicians to learn new techniques and skills.
• Keep track of inventory and ensure all necessary tools and materials are available for each job.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project deadlines are met.
