Job summary

Facade City Multan Pakistan is seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join its team in Multan. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining exterior building facades, including cladding, glazing, and curtain walls.

This contract position offers valuable field experience in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, basic hand-tools proficiency, and the ability to read blueprints; physical fitness and the capacity to work at heights are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational training in facade installation or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in facade installation or maintenance is an asset but not required.
• Ability to read blueprints and use basic hand tools.
• Physically fit with the ability to work at heights.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair exterior building facades including cladding glazing and curtain walls.
• Inspect and assess the condition of existing facades for potential repairs or replacements.
• Perform routine maintenance on facades to ensure they are functioning properly and safely.
• Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to ensure proper installation and adherence to building codes.
• Operate machinery and equipment necessary for facade installation and repairs.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety protocols.
