Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile, tower, and overhead cranes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, or specs to determine job requirements.
• Inspect crane before and after use to ensure safe operation.
• Safely lift and move heavy materials using crane controls.
• Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio for proper placement of materials.
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials lifted.
