Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide administrative support for UGME/PGME programs, teaching schedules, examinations, OSCEs, workshops, evaluations on PowerApps, educational committees.
• Coordinate end-to-end trainee administration: recruitment, interviews, onboarding, communication, engagement, educational support, and maintenance of trainee records.
• Maintain data on student evaluations and performance; produce summary reports.
• Assist UGME/PGME director and coordinator in administrative tasks.
• Coordinate faculty profile updates with the Dean’s Office.
• Support in faculty promotion processes, including dossiers preparation and submission.
• Organise departmental events and workshops, distribute flyers and arrange logistics, acquire CME hours.
• Support departmental and hospital committees as needed.
