The role centers on preparing and reviewing technical and commercial quotations for electrical services and power projects, coordinating with procurement and engineering for cost estimates, and maintaining compliance with company standards.

The candidate will analyze tender documents, negotiate terms where needed, and track tender status while supporting risk assessment and process

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in electrical engineering with power projects and industrial systems.
• Experience in preparing quotations and tender documents including technical and commercial proposals.
• Robust analytical skills for evaluating specs, costs, risks, and competitive positioning.
• Effective communication with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to coordinate bids.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor coordination, and cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tender documents and prepare technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams for cost estimates and bid plans.
• Prepare competitive bids and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify specifications and terms.
• Support documentation, risk assessment, and continuous improvement of tendering processes.
