Responsibilities

• Support and execute electrical engineering and project execution activities for industrial projects involving LV/MV switchgear, MCCs, UPS systems, transformers, PMS, VFDs, and soft starters.
• Review project RFQs, specifications, drawings, and scope of work to understand customer requirements and ensure execution in accordance with project commitments.
• Coordinate with senior engineers and project managers for project design, engineering, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Assist in preparing engineering effort estimates, resource requirements, and project budgets.
• Review engineering drawings, calculations, technical documents, and other project deliverables for compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
• Review technical offers from suppliers/vendors and assist in evaluating their compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with the project planning team for preparation and monitoring of project schedules, milestones, progress trackers, and engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely submission of engineering documents, equipment data, drawings, and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate with site teams during installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and systems.
• Support safe and timely execution of site activities in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality requirements, and HSE procedures.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, suppliers, construction, commissioning, and project management teams.
• Support the preparation and review of FAT, SAT, testing, commissioning, and project handover documentation.
• Assist in identifying technical issues, project risks, and delays and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Develop working knowledge of containerized substations and E-Houses, with practical exposure considered an advantage.
• Apply basic understanding of HVAC requirements and design considerations for electrical rooms, E-Houses, and containerized substations.
