Job summary

Results International in Islamabad is seeking a Senior Education Counsellor to manage leads and convert them into enrolled students. The role is sales-focused and requires turning raw leads into clients through calls, messages, and personalised counselling.

You will handle end-to-end lead qualification, follow-ups, and closing deals while meeting monthly targets. A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, and 1–2+ years of experience in study abroad or education counselling is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of relevant experience in education counselling, study abroad, admissions, or a similar sales role.
• Proven experience in closing deals and converting leads into clients.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and follow-ups.
• Good energy, confidence, and a professional attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory. No specific field of study is required.
• Ability to independently handle a lead from the first conversation to closing.
