- Create an enriched environment that stimulates curiosity, exploration, and learning. Ensure that materials are accessible and appropriately arranged to encourage independent discovery.
- Facilitate learning experiences by guiding learners through the Montessori curriculum, offering individualized lessons tailored to each learner's unique interests, abilities, and learning pace.
- Observe and assess learner's progress, adapting instruction as needed to support their development.
- Promote independence and self-regulation by cultivating a sense of autonomy and responsibility in learners by encouraging them to make choices, solve problems, and manage their time effectively.
- Create opportunities for learners to develop empathy, cooperation, and communication skills through collaborative projects, group activities, and peer interactions.
- Foster a culture of respect, kindness, and inclusivity in the classroom.
- Ensure the physical safety and emotional well-being of all learners in their care, implementing safety protocols and creating a supportive atmosphere where learners feel secure and valued.
- Maintain records of learner's progress and achievements, documenting observations and reflections to inform instructional planning and communicate with parents and colleagues.
- Ensure learner’s achievement as per given SLOs and Benchmarks (ECE- National Curriculum of Pakistan) through well-defined performance deliverables and assigned workload.
