Job summary

Karachi Nuclear Power Plant (KANUPP) invites applications for Driver-III on a contingent basis for an intensive 80 to 110 days turnaround at Karachi. The role requires a valid HTV license, matriculation, and disciplined driving to transport shift crews and maintenance gear around the plant.

Drivers will operate pneumatic trucks, perform daily pre‑trip checks, monitor fluid levels, and keep accurate vehicle logs.

Driver-III (Contingent)

A premier public sector industrial organization invites applications from competent, highly disciplined, and licensed heavy transport drivers for engagement as Driver-III on a contingent basis for an intensive 80 to 110 days scheduled shutdown turnaround at Karachi.

Fixed wage package of PKR 48,639 per month.

Location: Karachi.

Drivers are responsible for:

• Transporting technical shift crews between residential colonies and plant operating zones
• Hauling maintenance equipment
• Operating pneumatic air‑braked trucks
• Conducting daily pre‑trip vehicle walkarounds
• Checking fluid levels
• Maintaining vehicle logbooks

Compliance requirements:

• Strict adherence to plant speed limits (strictly 30 km/h within plant boundaries)
• Defensive driving principles
• Heavy vehicle traffic regulations

Evaluation will include:

• Direct walk‑in practical driving demonstrations
• Technical viva voce interviews on 06 November 2026 exclusively at KANUPP Colony, Hawksbay Road, Karachi
• Physical height verification (minimum 168 cm)
• Document scrutiny
• Medical fitness clearance
