Overview

Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) is Pakistan’s largest social safety net, offering a purpose‑driven career in poverty alleviation and economic empowerment. In fiscal year 2026 BISP plans to expand its digital ecosystem and broaden support services, creating diverse roles across finance, social sciences, IT, administration, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to field surveys, beneficiary data management, and digital payment infrastructure.
• Support specific BISP initiatives such as Benazir Nashonuma, Benazir Taleemi Wazaif, and the National Socio‑Economic Registry (NSER).
• Coordinate with field staff as a Field Coordinator, ensuring accurate beneficiary documentation.
• Provide nutrition guidance as a Nutrition Specialist or educational liaison as an Education Officer.
• Analyze data and develop security protocols as a Data Scientist, IT Security Analyst, or Grievance Redressal Officer.
• Advance new conditional cash transfer schemes and strengthen beneficiary capacity building.
