Job summary

A2Z Education Consultancy is seeking a motivated candidate in Lahore to manage social media channels and create engaging content for our education programs.

The role involves handling inquiries from students and parents via social media, WhatsApp, and phone, plus assisting in digital marketing campaigns and lead management. Fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply. Training will be provided to ensure effective information delivery about courses and institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
• Good communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar content-creation tools.
• Confident communicating with students and parents.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Fresh graduates with suitable skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Create simple posts, reels and promotional content.
• Generate and respond to student enquiries through social media, WhatsApp and phone.
• Follow up prospective students and maintain basic lead records.
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns and student recruitment activities.
• Provide general course and institution information after training.
