Job Type: Full time, Onsite.
Days: Monday-Friday (Morning timings 10am-6pm)

Position Overview:
The Telegram & WhatsApp Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across Telegram and WhatsApp channels to grow the brand’s presence, engage users, and increase conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for Telegram and WhatsApp to grow brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign and monitor success metrics.
- Create and manage multiple groups and channels on Telegram and WhatsApp to foster communities aligned with the brand’s target audience.
- Resolve user queries and provide excellent customer support via these platforms.
- Develop engaging, relevant, and interactive content (messages, videos, polls, contests, etc.) that resonates with the audience.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and event announcements through these messaging channels.
-Devise growth strategies to attract and retain new users on both Telegram and WhatsApp.
- Partner with influencers or other communities for co-marketing opportunities to grow group membership.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (user engagement, message open rates, conversion rates, etc.) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve messaging, timing, and audience segmentation.

Job Specification

Good Command over Whastapp and Telegram Marketing.

Fluency in English.

Knowledge of cross-platform marketing and integration between messaging apps and other digital marketing channels.
