Role Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time Digital Marketing Executive to support our marketing efforts for Supply Chain Talks key service lines Online Training Programs and Strategic Headhunting Services.

The role involves generating leads through targeted marketing initiatives and digital campaigns. The position includes a commission component on top of a base salary, as per company policy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Marketing: Promote SCTs upcoming online training sessions through digital channels (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email Marketing, etc.) to increase registrations and brand visibility.
  • Headhunting Services Marketing: Market SCTs strategic recruitment and executive search services to corporate clients and generate qualified business leads.
  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage engaging posts to enhance SCTs online presence.
  • Email & Campaign Management: Develop and execute targeted campaigns to promote services and generate conversions.
  • Content Creation: Write and design compelling promotional content for posts, emails, and advertisements.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor marketing performance and report on leads, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or professional services.
  • Strong skills in Canva and other design tools for creating engaging visuals.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) and social media advertising.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge or interest in supply chain and logistics is an advantage.
