Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in the advertising or digital creative industry.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills with an understanding of digital content trends.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver quality content within deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with Strategy, Client Services, Production, and PR teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging creative copy, captions, and content for social media, websites, blogs, campaigns, and video scripts.
• Brainstorm creative concepts and collaborate with design, motion, social media, and strategy teams to deliver impactful content.
• Research audience insights, competitor activities, and digital trends to develop relevant creative ideas and campaign recommendations.
• Prepare creative presentations, pitch decks, storyboards, and copy variations, refining content based on feedback and client requirements.
• Ensure content quality, brand consistency, and effective storytelling across digital platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
