A reputable education and training organization is looking for an Assistant Manager to support digital initiatives and training programs. The ideal candidate should have a Certificate in Accounting & Finance from ICAP or a Master’s in a relevant field, along with up to 3 years of experience. Strong IT and communication skills are essential for managing logistics and assisting in the development of training materials. This permanent position is based in Karachi, Pakistan.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Experience assisting in technology-related projects or training programs.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of Digital Board initiatives.
• Assist in developing technology-focused training materials.
• Contribute to the design of technology certification programs.
• Support training demos, workshops, and webinars.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
• Manage logistics and event arrangements for Digital Board activities.
• Serve as the first contact for Digital Board queries.
• Manage and update the Learning Management System.

Skills

Basic to intermediate IT skills

Strong English writing and communication skills

Education

Certificate in Accounting & Finance (CAF) from ICAP

Master’s Degree in Finance/Business/Computer Science from HEC-recognized university
