Job summary

FreshStart UAE is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team in Faisalabad. You will design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts and infrastructure tooling to help software teams deliver reliable products.

You will optimize performance, collaborate with developers, ensure security best practices, and stay current with cloud and container technologies such as AWS, Docker, Kubernetes. This full-time role requires a degree in CS and 2+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a DevOps role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Experience with automation/configuration tools such as Ansible or Chef.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Design build and maintain the continuous integrationcontinuous delivery CICD pipelines for our software projects
• Monitor and optimize system performance scalability and reliability
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement automation opportunities
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development test and production environments
• Develop scripts for automating deployment processes
• Ensure security best practices are implemented in all aspects of the infrastructure
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to DevOps practices

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a DevOps role
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems
• Experience with automationconfiguration management tools such as Ansible or Chef
• Proficiency in at least one programming language eg Python Java

Salary

Salary for this position is $1200 per month
