Job summary

SummitLab in Gujrat, Pakistan is seeking a skilled DevOps Developer to design, implement and maintain our cloud infrastructure and streamline software development processes. You will collaborate with developers, system admins and IT teams to automate operations and improve deployment efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a CS degree, 2+ years in DevOps, strong cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), and hands-on experience with Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins or GitLab CI.

Qualifications

• Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python or Ruby.

• CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI.

Job description

We are in need of a skilled DevOps Developer to join our team in Gujrat Pakistan. As a DevOps Developer you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our software development processes. Your role will involve collaborating with developers system admins and other IT professionals to improve and automate our systems.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Ansible Chef or Puppet
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash Python or Ruby
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience working with CICD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI

Responsibilities

• Design implement and maintain cloud infrastructure using automation tools
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Collaborate with developers to optimize deployment processes for new applications and updates
• Automate software testing and deployment processes using CICD pipelines

Salary The salary for this position is 1100$ per month with accommodation provided

Location This position is located in Gujrat Pakistan However remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates
