DESIGN MANAGER (ARCHITECTURE) for PakistanKEY JOB SPECIFICATIONSA senior expatriate staff is required to assume the responsibilities of Design Manager/ Team Leader in the Architecture Division. Must have the ability to lead a team of Architects and Draftspersons to under take complete Architectural Design of the assigned projects.Should have a minimum 10-15 years experience, which should preferably cover high/mid-rise building and mixed-use development projects. Preference would be given to candidates who also have experience in hotel/ hospitality and commercial mall projects.Candidates with relevant design experience both at the concept development and detailed design stages would be preferred.
