SupportFinity™ is hiring a Deputy Manager – People Experience & Culture in Lahore. This role is focused on enhancing the company's culture and employer brand by driving employee engagement initiatives and supporting diversity and inclusion efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of HR experience, showcasing skills in stakeholder management and a strong understanding of employee engagement and DEI best practices.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in HR with exposure to employee engagement, employer branding, or DEI initiatives.
• Experience designing and executing engagement programs, culture initiatives, or employer branding campaigns.
• Strong understanding of employee experience, culture-building frameworks, and DEI best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives aligned with organisational culture and values.
• Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace.
• Develop and promote the organisation’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) through targeted employer branding campaigns.
