Job summary

Icap in Karachi is seeking an Internal Audit professional to assist the Head of Internal Audit in developing a risk-based audit plan and to execute key audit projects in line with agreed timelines.

The role involves following up with management to implement audit recommendations, and evaluating internal controls to identify gaps and improve the efficiency of business processes.

Qualifications

• CFAP stage papers completed or equivalent mandatory training from an approved organization.
• Master's degree in Accounting & Finance from an HEC-recognized university preferred.

Job Specifications

• The candidate should have passed at least three papers of the Certified Finance and Accounting Professional (CFAP) stage of ICAP's examinations along with completion of the mandatory training from an approved training organization; OR hold a Master's degree from an HEC-recognized university, preferably in Accounting and Finance.
• Preferably with 3-5 years of working experience in Internal Audit Department covering both financial and operational audits.
