Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and driven Deputy Manager Accounts to join our finance team at Eden Developers. This role offers a professional, growth-oriented environment with opportunities to work on impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including ledgers, payables, and receivables for construction projects.
  • Check and verify vouchers/transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Work on ERP modules to enhance reporting systems and process efficiency.
  • Oversee bank payments, receipts, sales proceeds, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare forecasts and budgets for project costs, payables, and expenses.
  • Monitor working capital and report to HOD for optimal management.
  • Prepare monthly management reports and quarterly/annual financial statements for audits.
  • Support audits, tax, and corporate compliance (SECP, tax authorities).
  • Assist in preparing SOPs and enforcing sound accounting policies and controls.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation for transactions.
  • Handle any additional tasks assigned by the HOD.
Job Specification:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • CA Inter / Finalist with 5 years of professional experience (Articles from Big 5 Firms preferred).
  • Prior experience in the construction industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP modules.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
