Qualifications

• Good understanding of Deposit products and its workability.
• Knowledge about CASA & bilinear fundamental to achieve CASA growth.
• 1-year relevant work experience in sales, management, and operations experience within banking or retail.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with clients regarding their deposit accounts.
• Execute customer acquisition processes for liability growth.
• Ensure targets are achieved on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
• Establish relationships with key potential clients for ongoing business.
• Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, accounting, marketing, economics, finance or equivalent
