Job summary

Brickstech in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a financial data reconciliation specialist to own end-to-end reconciliation of cash inflows and outflows across bank statements and internal systems.

You will perform daily and monthly reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, maintain schedules, and develop automated checks to improve accuracy and reporting; collaborate with Finance, Operations and Technology teams to drive data quality and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data/finance or related field with 2–4 years in data analysis or reconciliation.
• Experience with financial data reconciliation and banking/payment data.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with SQL and reporting/visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reconciliation of customer inflows and outflows, including transaction-level matching.
• Perform daily/monthly reconciliations; investigate unmatched or incorrect transactions.
• Maintain reconciliation schedules and exception reports with timely clearance.
• Make controlled database-level corrections with documentation of changes.
• Monitor data consistency across systems and identify root causes of issues.
• Prepare operational and financial reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Use SQL and data analysis to identify trends and quantify issues.
• Support Tech in debugging data/system issues and coordinate testing.
• Develop recurring reports and automated checks to improve accuracy.
• Document reconciliations and data changes for audit trails.
