Brickstech is seeking a Data Migration Specialist to lead data migration efforts and build robust system integrations. The role focuses on ensuring secure, accurate data movement across platforms and collaborating with backend teams to implement reliable data transfer processes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in data migration, proficient with APIs, integrations, data mapping, and validation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Data Migration or System Integration.
• Hands-on Smartsheet API, integrations and data synchronization.
• Strong understanding of backend data transfer processes.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and API integrations.
• Experience with databases, data mapping, transformation and validation.
• Knowledge of system-to-system integrations and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute data migration and data transfer between systems and platforms.
• Design and maintain system integrations using APIs and other integration methods.
• Work with backend teams to ensure accurate, secure, and efficient data movement.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation during migrations.
• Troubleshoot integration and data-transfer issues and ensure smooth system-to-system communication.
• Coordinate with technical teams to understand data structures, requirements, and integration workflows.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the migration process.
• Document migration processes, integration workflows, and technical requirements.
