Job summary

NorthBay Solutions is seeking a Data Management & Analytics Specialist to support enterprise data management, integration, and analytics. The role involves hands-on work with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power BI, Purview, and erwin, shaping governance and analytics-ready data for business insights.

The successful candidate will partner with business and technical stakeholders, drive data quality, and implement end-to-end data solutions in a hybrid, international client-facing environment

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional experience in Data Management, Data Engineering, BI, Analytics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with Databricks for data processing and transformation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Experience with data modeling, including logical and physical models.
• Experience with erwin or similar enterprise data modeling tools.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Purview and data governance concepts.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT, data integration, data quality, metadata, lineage, and data lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid, international, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end data management and data lifecycle activities.
• Design and implement data ingestion and integration solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop and maintain data processing, transformation, and integration pipelines using Databricks.
• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
• Design, document, and maintain data models using erwin or equivalent tools.
• Support Microsoft Purview activities including cataloging, metadata management, lineage, and governance.
• Monitor and improve data quality, completeness, consistency, accuracy, and availability.
• Identify and resolve data issues across source systems and platforms.
• Ensure data is structured, documented, governed, and available for reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with business users, data teams, architects, and technology stakeholders to deliver data requirements.
• Contribute to data management standards, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Support data governance, compliance, and reporting requirements.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Management & Analytics Specialist to support enterprise data management, data integration, data engineering, business intelligence, data modeling, and data governance activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power BI, Microsoft Purview, and data modeling tools such as erwin.

The role requires strong technical and analytical capabilities, along with the ability to work with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality, governed, and analytics-ready data.

Key Responsibilities
