Job summary

Inbox Business Technologies seeks an experienced Data, Governance & Adoption Analytics SME to serve as the data governance and analytics authority for a transformational programme, ensuring technical accuracy of data content and owning end-to-end adoption measurement from KPI design to dashboard delivery.

You will design KPI/adoption frameworks, build BI dashboards (Power BI), design surveys, and provide data-literacy guidance, aligning with the organization's data strategy and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data governance, data management, data quality, analytics, or BI.
• Experience in enterprise data environments is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to design and maintain BI dashboards and measurement frameworks.
• Familiarity with DAMA-DMBOK; knowledge of data privacy best practices.
• CDMP or a BI analytics certification (e.g., Power BI Data Analyst) preferred.

• Support executive briefings and stakeholder sessions with data-domain credibility.
• Maintain alignment with the organisations data strategy, governance policies and regulatory context.

Inbox Business Technologies is looking for an experienced Data, Governance & Adoption Analytics SME to serve as the data governance and analytics authority for an organisational change or transformation programme — ensuring the technical accuracy of data-related content — while owning the end-to-end adoption-measurement framework, from KPI design through to dashboard delivery and reporting.

• Serve as the subject-matter authority on data governance, data quality, data management, data privacy and BI/analytics concepts for all programme content.

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science) with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in data governance, data management, data quality, analytics or BI.


• Experience in enterprise data environments preferred.


• Demonstrable experience building and maintaining BI dashboards and measurement frameworks.


• Data governance and management frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK); data quality and data privacy.


• BI & analytics; KPI framework design; dashboard development (Power BI or similar).


• Survey design and analysis; stakeholder advisory.


• Translating technical concepts for business audiences.


• CDMP (DAMA) — preferred; a BI-platform certification (e.g., Power BI Data Analyst) — preferred; a cloud data-governance certification — a plus.


• Language: English (fluent).
