Job summary

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking an experienced Data, Governance & Adoption Analytics SME to serve as the data governance and analytics authority for an organisational change programme—ensuring technical accuracy of data content while owning end-to-end adoption-measurement from KPI design to dashboard reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in data governance, data management and BI, with Power BI proficiency and ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, or Computer Science with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in enterprise data environments preferred.
• Proven ability to build and maintain BI dashboards and measurement frameworks.
• Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK data governance and data privacy.
• BI & analytics; KPI framework design; dashboard development (Power BI or similar).
• Survey design and analysis; stakeholder advisory.
• Translating technical concepts for business audiences.
• CDMP (DAMA) and Power BI Data Analyst certifications preferred; cloud data governance a plus.
• Language: English fluent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject-matter authority on data governance, data quality, data management, data privacy and BI/analytics concepts for all programme content.
• Review and validate the technical accuracy of data-related communication and training content.
• Design and maintain a KPI / adoption-measurement framework covering engagement, literacy and satisfaction metrics.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to track programme adoption and effectiveness.
• Design, administer and analyse surveys (e.g., via Microsoft Forms or similar tools) to measure awareness, satisfaction and literacy.
• Compile periodic (quarterly/annual) adoption and measurement reports, with trend analysis and improvement recommendations.
• Advise on data-literacy frameworks and awareness-assessment design.
• Support executive briefings and stakeholder sessions with data-domain credibility.
• Maintain alignment with the organisation's data strategy, governance policies and relevant regulatory context.
