Job summary

Recruit AI in Islamabad is seeking a Data Engineer to join its growing Data & Analytics team. The role focuses on SQL, data warehousing, data modeling, and enterprise reporting with NetSuite NSAW and Power BI integration.

You will design and optimize data solutions, build warehouse objects, and collaborate with BI developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions for decision making.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in SQL development and data warehousing.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL or SQL Server.
• Knowledge of joins, CTEs, views, window functions and aggregations.
• Experience with data modeling (star and snowflake schemas).
• Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data validation.
• Experience with NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) and Power BI data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, views, and CTEs.
• Design and maintain semantic data models for reporting.
• Build and optimize Data Warehouse objects and backend reporting.
• Analyze query performance and optimize execution plans.
• Validate data accuracy and reconcile data across systems.
• Collaborate with BI developers and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Support Power BI datasets and enterprise reporting initiatives.
