Job summary

CYBERNET is seeking an accomplished Data Center Infrastructure Lead to plan, design, and develop scalable, resilient data center facilities. You will oversee expansion projects, establish engineering standards, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

The role demands leading large-scale projects, risk mitigation, and adherence to safety standards. A Bachelor's in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is required; a Master’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in data center infrastructure design, planning, facilities management, or critical infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading teams and managing large-scale data center projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term strategy for data center design, planning, expansion, and infrastructure optimization.
• Lead the design and planning of data center facilities and major infrastructure upgrades while ensuring scalability, availability, and operational efficiency.
• Review and approve engineering designs, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Lead feasibility studies, capacity planning, and technology evaluations for future infrastructure requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Network, IT, Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Identify infrastructure risks and implement mitigation strategies to enhance business continuity and resilience.
